Oneday the writer sold something at shop. It is back home. I put my daughter on my shoulder. She looked very fine.
I forgot who took the picture, My wife might take picture, I guess it.
I felt so happy while playing together because since she was child I always with her. Someday she will not play with us cause she will grow and she has many activities. Happy playing withyour children.
Dad and his daughter took her mother to the office on Wednesday, 22 Des.2021. They come home and visit museum old city on Patimura street. They walked around it.
They saw bridge from mirror. They went up 2 floor and my daughter played while I send a message. The man came and asked to took care my daughter.
Now, teaching and learning has been done using game. It is very nice cause the students are kindly playing the game. Feeling so fine makes the students do it freely. Why? They are happy when playing the game.Their feeling can boost to learn better. They are like kids who study something. They don't feel forcing the teacher or their parents to learn something.
Beside, Relax is one of important thing. In pandemic people have many pressure so that it can influence relationship each other in society. At last but not at least, teaching and learning need different way in fact cause in pandemic the students have different social,economic etc so the teacher suggested to delivery the lesson with creativity. According to Elizabeth Sulzby"1986", Literacy is a skillset of reading, listening, writing and speaking. By doing so, parents can talk their children can talk. Literacy's aim is to analyse information to make a right decision in live. One thing is very important people always read the information well, they will use as their decision. Reading is product of skill, after lots of readings, lots of listening, lots of writing people can speak with confident. Why? Teachers are not the center of learning and teaching. He or She is the one of resource. Students can explore others.
Students are the center of education. They can choose what they want to learn.
The writer is used to teaching using whatssapp. It can delevery the lesson smooth.
First of all, teacher gives opening section. It contents how do you feel today?Do you remember topic last day? etc.
Second, students observe the dialogue about greeting and leave taking. They study about content and the contex and make questions based on the text.

Google meet is one of product of google. It has many fitures we can explore to delevery the lesson. Beside, there are also weakness belong to google meet for instance bad signal,100 only participants if using @belajar.id.
I have tried it with my students at the beginning this year 2021/2022. It has helped in online teaching.
I recorded it so this event can be watched later. It is very usefull.
Every tool has benefet and useful however how to adopt and adapt to online teaching and learning.

I have been studying english but I could not speak effective english. I practice english everyday, many ways I try to exercise and exercise however my speaking english is not effectively.
Not only exercise we need to speak english effective but also we have strategy to make fast progress it.
Mentor is one of strategy to make english fast progress. He knows our weakness then we react our speaking trial and success.
Be speak clearly and smoothly the result is fine. Confidence is very important thing because of vocabulary and pronounciation is also very need it.

Never give up is simple word but we need to implemented in daily activity. I found challence in my office. I had become vice school principle of Semarang 42 junior high school. I was 29 years old.
In 2017, I had become teacher because my school principle have always competed us and others but I got the online seminar then I had many competencies.
The boss asked me again to joint his environment of power but I told him that I want to develope myself to gain my top success.
I dare to speak truly. He respected to my choice.
I had joint the webinar which tittle how to teach English Pronunciation. Prof. Issy told us that the most important thing to teach English Pronunciation is the sound more than alphabet. The teacher should teach English so the learners listen the sound, later on the learners will have vocabulary enough. I'm sure the learners are able to speak English. How do you feel when you are getting gift? Of course I will be happy and I am going to say Alhamdulillah. I had gotten two gifts from Aisei Writing Challenge. It's very interesting because I have never gotten the gifts before but Aisei had appreciate the writes. The first gift came me, my daughter was very happy to accept the gift. It's as the same as the second gift. Today my daughter asked me whose was the gift? I replied "It's from Aisei Writing Challenge, because I wrote article titled Marina Beach". She told me "that the first gift yours but the second one is mine". I Said, : It's okay".
Hopefully, the gifts can motivate my daughter. It can support her to write. I also told her to make blogger.com as media to present our feeling and thinking or daily activities. It becomes learning for my daughter.

Alhamdulillah I had a winner of Aisei Challenge this week. I'm so happy now. All dear my friends congrated me as winner last night but I was sleeping at night. They are Ibu Wuridama, Pak D, Susanto Pak Mohamad Bajuri,Ibu Dahlia Silitonga, Ibu , Pak Supadilah and the others. In the mornig I opened my hand phone I was surprised the winner belongs to me in twice time.
I read one by one of the chats and at the beginning the winner was not me however the second round it took me as winner. I told to my grandma,my wife and my daughters I got the winner of Aisei Challenge in twice time. They were very happy because they could drink while tripping or going school. I had learnt about language teaching with TEFLIN. I was very happy in teaching and learning about English skill. However, It began from the zoom lesson. One of the course tutor said there many ways to use zoom lesson preparation like micro found muted, the zoom would record and share etc. I think it's very useful to know the requirement before I learnt about language.See more info about first TEFLIN Language Improving Course click here
I also got the interactive learning language using Whats app group to share my task and other colleagues would comment etc. It made more confident because I knew my mistake and I repaired it then I tried to make better than before.I would study for 8 weeks course. I would study online 2-6 hours every week.
I suppose learn for Group Task then I discuss about 3 ideas for studying online better. Gambar diatas mengingatkan saya ketika menyusun skripsi S1, saya mengetik di komputer dengan fasilitas yang sederhana hanya cukup Ms. Word, Excel dan lain sebagainya. Alhamdulillah dengan keterbatasan saya menyelesaikan S1 IKIP PGRI tahun 2001.
Saya mengajar Bahasa Inggris di SDN Tlogosari Wetan 01. Saya mengajar dengan laptop yang sederhana. Pada tahun 2008 saya mengikuti kegiatan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan laptop. Meskipun belum mendapatkan juara namun banyak pengalaman yang saya dapatkan. Salah satu media yang saya buat waktu itu yaitu power point. Setiap hari saya mengajarakan bahasa Inggris dengan menampilkan materi dengan LCD misalnya materi komputer. Bisa dilihat disini Media Pembelajaran
Pada saat pandemi sangat penting sekali membuat media pembelajaran berbasis video. Berbagai platform edit videopun saling menawarkan kelebihannya masing-masing. Saya mencoba mengedit video media pembelajaran dengan salah satu merk dengan bantuan komputer yang memiliki spec di bawah ini:

try to find out the language during a pandemic.They
want to apply it to their students as well as possible. They have always learnt
about many kinds of online teaching and learning. I am Amin Wibowo. I’m an
English teacher at Semarang 42 junior high school. I’m used to applying online
teaching and learning before pandemic hit Indonesia and over the world in
December, 2019. At the beginning, I used Kahoot, quizzes, Google Form to
monitor student’s understanding. I can assist my students using online
accurately. I got easy to assist them, there were class engagements,
individual's report and analysis of the average of those questions which
students got average, intermediate or advanced. Beside that, I always use
online cause avoid waste of paper and cultivate the environment. I have special
experience at my school related to online teaching and learning platforms.
Actually,
the team has made a decision on a certain platform. Microsoft office teams 365
is the one that they use around our school. However, there are many weaknesses
to cover all the material of online teaching and learning. I tried to present
on January, Friday8th, 2021 about Google Classroom platform. Unpredictable, all
teachers used it so far.
In
March, 2019 teachers and educators in Indonesia were shocked because they
should change the plan face to face into online teaching. They must learn many
ways to teach online. They have been old, they are forgetting about the
instruction of the platform, they don’t know how to use it, and many reasons
are difficult to teach through online.
Most teachers use platform such Quizizz, Kahoot, Menti.com, Padlet, Slidego.com, Ms. Teams 365, Google Classroom, Ruang Guru, Rumah Belajar. etc. Each platform has advantages and disadvantages especially from the using, the pricing , the quota, etc. They have joined a formal course but are not getting the result. Many courses have offered promotion prices but no one course can persuade people to join that course. I have tried to practice English using social media such as English 101.com, Interactive English.The next challenges are that on average 775 students are bored in online teaching and learning. It’s because the teachers don’t use a variety of ways of teaching online, they don’t engage their students in teaching and learning. Most teachers and educators teach them one way to release the assignment without engaging them.
They don’t have techniques on how to motivate students using icebreaking to teach, aperseption, how to teach fun learning. One day, I got the information of registration for the TEFLIN Language Improvement Language Course in December, 2019. The course will start in January and the end March 2021. I’ve gotten the email from TEFLIN. I got a username and password to join the online course. I am very happy when I learn about the English language using online training. There are many lessons I learnt about online teaching. The online course provide the platform contains Unit 0. It contains an Introduction to the online training course, Your whatsapp community, Technical Supporting. TEFLIN Language Improvement Course begins Unit 0: Introduction to the course. The first page written “Welcome to the course. “ “This first introduction unit is very short, it will only take an hour or so to complete. In this unit we will not start studying English” He or she asks questions related to the last material then next the same until the last unit.
Unit 1 Talking about yourself and others. It contains 11 topics such as Prepare for the unit, Greeting Learners and starting lesson, Talking about our Daily Activities etc. There are 8 units starting at unit 0 the end at unit 8. I’m interested in learning using an online course platform cause there are materials and there are many instructors. Each group has two instructors. It develops online teaching using grouping. There are schedules between asynchronous and synchronous. The first week the trainee learns about unit 0 till unit 2 the every Tuesday the instructor's guide through zoom. I’ve experienced this here, the teacher supports the students, He/She uses Whatsapp and zoom to interact with each other. The trainee can repeat and go ahead depending on the speed and the trainee’s competency. It's a very adaptive curriculum, based in the student centre.TEFLIN Language Improvement Course has been designed to be as easy as possible. It designs four language skills: Listening; Speaking; Reading and Writing.
Listening skill is the first emphasis to learn a language like mother repeat to speak up “mother” every time so the child will always hear the next step he or she can listen to the word” mother” well and perfectly. Language is repetition and exercise every time and every day. The goal is to introduce ourselves to each other using Whats-app, make sure we know how to use the website and also to think about the best ways to study online effectively. It shows us that online training contains materials that completely helps the students to improve English language skills. I tried to design it into my own online training for my students. It provides all the material in one semester. I combined google slide, google docs, google meet, google site one platform. Some students tried to access the online training based on the schedules. They can share their presentation or record there and the others respond to each other. I can appreciate them using it. It’s still a powerful media.Teachers and educators don’t not give enough assignments but also teach and learn more importance because the educators or the teachers pay attention to the process of learning. I collected all knowledge, skill, and experience. I got many online seminars to become one project. It is a very useful teacher and educator in online teaching and learning so far. As guardians will accept this platform to encourage students in improving English language skills.I don’t need to prepare the material every week in online teaching but It has covered all materials one semester. I just correct and check the small quiz, the assignment, the material. I always make it perfectly on display. It’s also suitable with the Assessment Competency Minimum which has many kinds of questions such checkbox, multiple choice, drag and put the sentence, short answer etc.I have also used collaboration with other platforms such as quiz, Kahoot, Google Form, Google Slide, Google Site,Google Docs. It will be saved in google drive on our computer.
The students are very
happy because there are many easy to operate on their mobile phone or
computers.I hope students pay attention to the platform and they learn all
happily. No hesitation to study and to learn English language improvement
courses related to the contextual language. I designed the material based on my
own profile, situation,habit and culture. The contents also contain students'
live skills and start at the easier material from the difficult one.I will
improve our English skill language using an online teaching and learning
platform as a Learning Management system. It covers the content,contextual, and
stimulates students’ higher critical thinking skill by using many kinds of
questions.

Saya dingatkan isteri 3 minggu kemudian tentang bingkisan tersebut. Saya jawab coba nanti saya tanyakan namun dalam hati kecil saya tunggu kalau rejeki tidak kemana. Ternyata hari ini Senin 8 Maret 2021 ada paket sampai di rumah dan dibuka Alfa anak saya yang ketiga," paket apa ini ayah?" Saya jawab" paket dari Aisei," karena menulis di Aisei'writing challenge.

Pada tahun 2030 Indonesia akan diperkirakan terjadi bonus demografi artinya masa produktif akan mencapai 68 - 70 % adalah para remaja. Bila masa remaja tidak ditangani dengan baik akan menjadi masalah yang akan datang.
Pada usia remaja merupakan usia yang sangat memerlukan pendampingan, baik oleh orang tua, guru atau orang dewasa yang ada di sekitarnya. Alasan mengapa usia remaja sangat penting dalam pendidikan keterampilan hidup, yaitu :
1. Remaja masih dalam masa mencari identitas diri
2. Remaja mudah melihat seseorang untuk menjadi idola
3. Remaja sering kurang percaya diri.
Hal diatas beberapa alasan yang mereka mengalami sehingga pendampingan orangtua dan guru sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan arahan dan petunjuk sehingga mereka melewati masa remaja dengan baik.
Ada banyak cara untuk memberi arahan bagi remaja bagaimana mereka mengenal diri,tetapi sebelum mengarahkan cara mengenal diri sebaiknya siswa diajak bermain dalam memberi semangat melalui relaksasi atau permainan misalnya permainan zip zap zum. Cara mainnya dalam lingkaran kecil bayangkan mereka memiliki arus listrik yang bisa saling menyalurkan dengan cara jika salah satu remaja menunjuk kekiri mengatakan zip jika menunjuk kekanan mengatakan zap dan jika menunjuk keseberang mengatakan zum. Remaja yang ditunjuk ragu-ragu atau diam tidak bisa menunjuk kembali maka remaja tersebut diminta memperkenalkan diri dan seterusnya. Materi Mengenal Diri Sendiri bisa melalui video dibawah ini.
Mari kita belajar dan berbagi dalam kegiatan Keterampilan Hidup supaya tujuan Indonesia Emas pada tahun 2045 terwujud.Dimulai dari diri kita sebagai orangtua yang masih memiliki anak perempuan atau laki-laki, saatnya kita memberi pendampingan dengan peran sebagai sahabat sehingga bisa sebagai tempat untuk berbagi cerita dan pengalaman yang menarik. Hal itu merupakan pintu masuk memberikan pengertian mengenal diri sendiri, misalnya tidak perlu meniru orang lain dari hal berdandan, berbicara, berpenampilan dan lain-lain namun kita berikan bagaimana sebaiknya mengenal diri sehingga bisa meningkatkan percaya diri misalnya pikiran dan hati kita cukup untuk membuat diri kita percaya diri karena setiap manusia memiliki kemampuan berpikir dan bercermin pada dirinya sendiri untuk melangkah lebih baik.
