Oneday the writer sold something at shop. It is back home. I put my daughter on my shoulder. She looked very fine.
I forgot who took the picture, My wife might take picture, I guess it.
I felt so happy while playing together because since she was child I always with her. Someday she will not play with us cause she will grow and she has many activities. Happy playing withyour children.
Dad and his daughter took her mother to the office on Wednesday, 22 Des.2021. They come home and visit museum old city on Patimura street. They walked around it.
They saw bridge from mirror. They went up 2 floor and my daughter played while I send a message. The man came and asked to took care my daughter.
Now, teaching and learning has been done using game. It is very nice cause the students are kindly playing the game. Feeling so fine makes the students do it freely. Why? They are happy when playing the game.Their feeling can boost to learn better. They are like kids who study something. They don't feel forcing the teacher or their parents to learn something.
Beside, Relax is one of important thing. In pandemic people have many pressure so that it can influence relationship each other in society. Game is used to decrease the student pressure in order to focus the material. The writer have made game from google form. There are 3 google form which connected each other. At last but not at least, teaching and learning need different way in fact cause in pandemic the students have different social,economic etc so the teacher suggested to delivery the lesson with creativity. The teacher must have another way to teach their students. For instance teaching using games, teaching using interesting media,teaching using collaborative method etc.

According to Elizabeth Sulzby"1986", Literacy is a skillset of reading, listening, writing and speaking. By doing so, parents can talk their children can talk. I am sure when parents speak some words their children will hear and keep in their mind. Parents should speak English, it will be heard by the children then they hear and use as language everyday. Literacy's aim is to analyse information to make a right decision in live. One thing is very important people always read the information well, they will use as their decision. Reading is product of skill, after lots of readings, lots of listening, lots of writing people can speak with confident. Why? First, they have many information from other books, magazines,newspaper etc. More ever they know when they use the information, last they can compare one information to other information.
As closing that literacy can start reading,listening as receptive skill then everyone can produce it as speaking and writing. For instance speaking skill is skill and it need to practice it every day.

Teachers are not the center of learning and teaching. He or She is the one of resource. Students can explore others.
Students are the center of education. They can choose what they want to learn.
The writer is used to teaching using whatssapp. It can delevery the lesson smooth.
First of all, teacher gives opening section. It contents how do you feel today?Do you remember topic last day? etc.
Second, students observe the dialogue about greeting and leave taking. They study about content and the contex and make questions based on the text.
Third, Teachers and students explore and check those questions then they give the feed back.
Additionally,the teachers also explain the social function of the text, structure of the text and feature language.
Closing
The teacher and students make reflslection during the teaching like what topic do you study? What is the most difficult thing of lesson The teacher remind the activity and the next material.

Google meet is one of product of google. It has many fitures we can explore to delevery the lesson. Beside, there are also weakness belong to google meet for instance bad signal,100 only participants if using @belajar.id.
I have tried it with my students at the beginning this year 2021/2022. It has helped in online teaching.
I recorded it so this event can be watched later. It is very usefull.
Every tool has benefet and useful however how to adopt and adapt to online teaching and learning.
As the closing, I like to delevery a massage to ladies and gentlemen " today pain tomorrow gain".
May Allah Almighty always bestows all mercies and blessengs.
I have been studying english but I could not speak effective english. I practice english everyday, many ways I try to exercise and exercise however my speaking english is not effectively.
Not only exercise we need to speak english effective but also we have strategy to make fast progress it.
Mentor is one of strategy to make english fast progress. He knows our weakness then we react our speaking trial and success.
Be speak clearly and smoothly the result is fine. Confidence is very important thing because of vocabulary and pronounciation is also very need it.

Never give up is simple word but we need to implemented in daily activity. I found challence in my office. I had become vice school principle of Semarang 42 junior high school. I was 29 years old.
In 2017, I had become teacher because my school principle have always competed us and others but I got the online seminar then I had many competencies.
The boss asked me again to joint his environment of power but I told him that I want to develope myself to gain my top success.
I dare to speak truly. He respected to my choice.
I had joint the webinar which tittle how to teach English Pronunciation. Prof. Issy told us that the most important thing to teach English Pronunciation is the sound more than alphabet. The teacher should teach English so the learners listen the sound, later on the learners will have vocabulary enough. I'm sure the learners are able to speak English. How do you feel when you are getting gift? Of course I will be happy and I am going to say Alhamdulillah. I had gotten two gifts from Aisei Writing Challenge. It's very interesting because I have never gotten the gifts before but Aisei had appreciate the writes. The first gift came me, my daughter was very happy to accept the gift. It's as the same as the second gift. Today my daughter asked me whose was the gift? I replied "It's from Aisei Writing Challenge, because I wrote article titled Marina Beach". She told me "that the first gift yours but the second one is mine". I Said, : It's okay".
Hopefully, the gifts can motivate my daughter. It can support her to write. I also told her to make blogger.com as media to present our feeling and thinking or daily activities. It becomes learning for my daughter.

Alhamdulillah I had a winner of Aisei Challenge this week. I'm so happy now. All dear my friends congrated me as winner last night but I was sleeping at night. They are Ibu Wuridama, Pak D, Susanto Pak Mohamad Bajuri,Ibu Dahlia Silitonga, Ibu , Pak Supadilah and the others. In the mornig I opened my hand phone I was surprised the winner belongs to me in twice time.
I read one by one of the chats and at the beginning the winner was not me however the second round it took me as winner. I told to my grandma,my wife and my daughters I got the winner of Aisei Challenge in twice time. They were very happy because they could drink while tripping or going school. I had learnt about language teaching with TEFLIN. I was very happy in teaching and learning about English skill. However, It began from the zoom lesson. One of the course tutor said there many ways to use zoom lesson preparation like micro found muted, the zoom would record and share etc. I think it's very useful to know the requirement before I learnt about language.See more info about first TEFLIN Language Improving Course click here
I also got the interactive learning language using Whats app group to share my task and other colleagues would comment etc. It made more confident because I knew my mistake and I repaired it then I tried to make better than before.I would study for 8 weeks course. I would study online 2-6 hours every week.
I suppose learn for Group Task then I discuss about 3 ideas for studying online better. I came back into the main room, there the course tutor discussed the feed back then they also have always reflect the lesson. So I knew What I learnt? What difficulty I found? Gambar diatas mengingatkan saya ketika menyusun skripsi S1, saya mengetik di komputer dengan fasilitas yang sederhana hanya cukup Ms. Word, Excel dan lain sebagainya. Alhamdulillah dengan keterbatasan saya menyelesaikan S1 IKIP PGRI tahun 2001.
Saya mengajar Bahasa Inggris di SDN Tlogosari Wetan 01. Saya mengajar dengan laptop yang sederhana. Pada tahun 2008 saya mengikuti kegiatan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan laptop. Meskipun belum mendapatkan juara namun banyak pengalaman yang saya dapatkan. Salah satu media yang saya buat waktu itu yaitu power point. Setiap hari saya mengajarakan bahasa Inggris dengan menampilkan materi dengan LCD misalnya materi komputer. Bisa dilihat disini Media Pembelajaran
