5 Sukses di Ramadhan Indah Part 1

 

Allah SWT berfirman dalam suroh Albaqarah ayat 183 yang memiliki arti bahwa Allah telah mewajibkan berpuasa pada orang-orang beriman sebagaimana Allah telah mewajibkan puasa pada orang sebelum kalian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa puasa diwajibkan bagi orang iman. Orang iman adalah orang yang percaya pada Allah, malaikat, rosulNya,kitab suci, hari kiamat takdir dan qodoNya. Ketika bulan suci ramadhan tiba orang iman akan senang hatinya karena beberapa keutamaan di bulan ramadhan yaitu pertama Allah melipatgandkan palaha dari 700 kebaikan sampai Allah kehendaki, khusus puasa Allah yang akan memberi langsung, Allah yang akan menerima atau menolak. Kedua Allah menutup pintu neraka dan membuka pintu surga sehingga kita dapat beribadah dengan optimal. Ketiga Allah memenjarakan syetan yang selalu menggoda ketika kita beribadah. Allah memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan tersebut dalam bulan ramadan supaya kita lebih termotivasi beribadah kepada Allah baik siang dan malam.

National Education Day

National Educarion Day holds in May 2, This year, it holds May 13, 2022 as May 2 was celebrating Eidul Fitri. It has many acticitis in SMPN 42 Semarang. It was selecting Denok and Kenang of SMPN 42 Semarang. 

He and She will representive their school on the next level. It was interesting as the adjucaters were from students' parents. Congrats to Jihan as Denok and Lutfi as Kenang. Wishing you are the best to the higher level.

As syams

Asy Syams suroh is the nineth suroh in thw holly quran.There are 15 verse of Asyamsiyah in the holly Quran, Firstly, Wasyamsi Waduha. It Means Alloh SWT said for the sun brightly every morning. Walqomari idhatalaaha. It means the moon  follows it. Wallaili idha yaksyaha, it means A night which closed it. Alloh Almighty can sure with his creature. Allah said all creatures such as sun, moon, night, day,sky,earth, human being. Thus all creatures gives inspirations. It is true that it is belongs to Allah SWT. It is lucky for the human being in the world who gets the lessons. Don't be Samud people at the time.

Alloh gave them panishments because they did not obey their prophet Sholeh. He said do not kill the camel. Let the camel drank water and you drank on next day. However they kill it an Allah punished them, their face was yellow on friday, their face changes red on saturday, their face changed black on sunday. Finally Alloh killed them with thunder. From the story above please do Alloh SWT regulations. Thanks and see you next story.

From Zero to Hero

 

Zero means nol. The writer was a vice school principle at SMP 42 Semarang in 2015. He led her friends to began that school. In 2016 He was a teacher. He has been teaching English since 2021. He got challenges then he was down, he was isolated by his friends so that people knows tha the writer did not have any access. 

The writer is cooling down, looking for intuition and think what should I do next? He has Allah SWT, He is sure that he will guide him.

The writer must have activities who can develope his capacity. He jointes Google Master Trainer, online webinar and so on. 

He reliazed that Allah guided him and Allah helps when the difficult situation. This is one of his effort.

From the experience above we can conclude that no one can guide us except Allah SWT. Don't worry to explòre ourselves. Dare to break the limit. Find the challenges!!!!

Babat Alas SMP Negeri 42 Semarang.

Pada tahun 2015 penulis mengikuti seleksi menempati sekolah baru yang memiliki nama SMP Negeri 42 Semarang. Alhamdulillah Penulis berhasil masuk untuk menempati sekolah tersebut. Hal ini bukan akhir perjuangan namun awal perjuangan. Penulis bersama 6 guru lainya menyiapkan diri menyambut peserta didik tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Tempat pendaftaran peserta didik baru di SMP N 29 Semarang karena SMPN 42 dalam tahap pembangunan finishing. 3 bulan kemudian tepatnya saat hari raya idul adha 24 Oktober 2015 kami kembali ke SMPN 42 Semarang walau belum selesai tahap finishing tapi itu keputusan harus kami ambil dengan alasan untuk segera membenahi perlengkapan kelas dst. Masa babat Alas bisa ditonton videonya dibawah ini.

Namun pada tahun 2016 penulis lebih senang mengembangkan diri. Penulis memutuskan untuk fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi, meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik misalnya mengikuti kegiatan webinar online salah satu yang selenggarakan oleh satu guru. 

Allah SWT telah menolong penulis diundang mengikuti pelatihan Pengembangan Kompetensi Pengajaran Berbasis  Zonasi di Solo. Penulis melanjutkan pengembangan diri melalui online seminar yang diselnggarakan kemdikbud, Refo Google Indonesia dst. Video bisa di lihat ini.

Penulis terus mengasah kemampuan profesional sehingga penulis memutuskan melanjutkan pendidikan Bahasa Inggris S2 di UPGRIS Semarang. Penulis memiliki 1 tagihan luaran untuk menyelesaikan pendidikan master harus memiliki publikasi karya ilmiah di jurnal Bahasa Inggris online. Alhamdulillahirobilalamain penulis berhasil mempublikasikan sebuah penelitian yang dapat di lihat melalui link berikut ini.Jurnal Penelitian Penulis.

Demikian sedikit pengalaman penulis semoga menjadi cambuk semangat bahwa kemandirian belajar sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru. Semoga bisa menjadi inspirasi semua.

My daughter has been studying at SMA Boarding School in Solo since 2021. Her name Lova who has not wore masker. She has a activity today. It is making school board. The theme is 5 success in ramadhan. 1) People have to be succes ramadhan fasting. 2) People must be success on reading the holy quran. 3) People are success on tarawih praying. 4) success zakat 5) Success of Lailatul Qodar during ramadhan. She is very happy there. She enjoys do all the activities.

Today Alfa is drawing two views. One is castle and the other is house. She draws them colorful ly. She uses some color such as yellow, blue and so on. They are very nice pictures.

Alfa is my third daughter. She has practiced it with her mother at home but today she has high self confidence. So using skaters to support her self confidience.

I have three daughter. Lova studies in Buska School. Ino studies in SMPN 15 Semarang. My last daughter is Alfa. She can ride bike fastly. She also like playing skaters. She will study kindergarteen in July, 2022. She wants to study if she buys kids everyday.

Oneday morning, I want to do something somewhere. However, she woke up in the morning early. So I took her in front of me. 

She continued to sleep and I did not do anything. She felt so comfort with her father.

I am proudly giving not only material but also compation. So  this moment will be remembered forever. Be happy my daugjter!

Oneday the writer sold something at shop. It is back home. I put my daughter on my shoulder. She looked very fine. 

I forgot who took the picture, My wife might take picture, I guess it. 

I felt so happy while playing together because since she was child I always with her. Someday she will not play with us cause she will grow and she has many activities. Happy playing withyour children.

Visiting Museum of Old City

Dad and his daughter took her mother to the office on Wednesday, 22 Des.2021. They come home and visit museum old city on Patimura street. They walked around it. 

They saw bridge from mirror. They went up 2 floor and my daughter played while I send a message. The man came and asked to took care my daughter.

Salam Literasi !

Pada hari Minggu tanggal 15 Agustus 2021 penulis mengikuti sosialisasi Guru Motivator Literasi 2021 yang diadakan Forum Menulis Indonesia. Pemateri menyampaikan ketentuan seleksi Guru Motivator Literasi Nasional 2021 yaitu menulis sebuah artikel tentang upaya meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar. Penulis merasa senang diantara para peserta GML lainnya karena saatnya pengalaman menerapkan metode pengajaran di masa pandemik diuji dalam sebuah event nasional. Penulis menyusun sebuah artikel berjudul Efektifitas Gamifikasi untuk Meningkatkan Hasil belajar pada Materi Thanking and Apologizing. Satu minggu kemudian setelah panitia berjibaku mengoreksi 6000 lebih naskah kemudian panitia menyaring 2500 naskah dan panitia menyaring kembali menjadi 1000 naskah terbaik dan dinobatkan menjadi Guru Motivator Literasi 2021.  Penulis bersyukur Alhamdulillahirobilalamin dapat menjadi bagian 1000 Guru Motivator Literasi 2021 karena bisa membuka jalan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi.

Pada tanggal 4-5 September Forum Menulis Indonesia mengadakan  Training of Coach bagi 1000 Guru Motivator Literasi 2021, penulis mengikuti rangkain training yaitu Challenge menulis tentang sebuah kegelisahan di media sosial untuk membiasakan menulis setiap hari dimulai dari kegelisahan sehingga bisa menemukan cara keluar dari kegelisahan. Cerita kegelisahan penulis sehingga bisa menjadi pemacu semangat untuk terus berkarya dapat dilihat di laman facebook ini.

Sekolah Literasi Nasional merupakan gagasan akhir dari program yang digagas Forum Menulis Indonesia memiliki 3 sub program yaitu:

1. Wisata Literasi Siswa, minimal 50 siswa menulis satu puisi atau pantun.
2. Wisata Literasi Guru, yaitu minimal 10 guru menulis sinopsis dengan tema Pengalaman           Menerapkan  Metode Pengajaran di Masa Pandemik 
3. Wisata Literasi Kepala Sekolah, yaitu bapak ibu Kepala Sekolah menulis artikel upaya mewujudkan visi sekolah. 

Semua tulisan tersebut akan dicetak menjadi sebuah buku anthologi yang akan dinilai secara nasional dan para pemenang akan berhak mengikuti Wisata Literasi Nasional.

Bukan semata-mata mempunyai tujuan menjadi pemenang dalam sebuah perhelatan nasional namun dalam bulan bahasa tahun ini penulis dengan mengucapkan Bismillahirohmanirrohim kiranya momentum sangat tepat untuk mewujudkan Wisata Literasi Siswa, Wisata Literasi Guru dan Wisata Literasi Kepala Sekolah untuk menuju Sekolah Literasi Nasional. 

Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, sebagai solusi terakhir jika sekolah penulis di SMP Negeri 42 Semarang belum dapat memujudkan Sekolah Literasi Nasional penulis membuat flyer tentang pelatihan bapak ibu guru  se-Indonesia bagaimana cara menulis sinopsis pada tanggal 13 s/d 16 September 2021 pukul 19.00 s/d 20.30 WIB via Group Whatsapp. Fliyer pelatihan dapat dilihat dibawah ini.

Penulis percaya jika ingin pergi cepat kita bisa pergi sendiri jika ingin pergi jauh kita harus pergi Bersama. WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER. Ungkapan tersebut membuat penulis yakin untuk mewujudkan Sekolah Literasi Nasional kita memerlukan kebersamaan siswa, guru dan Kepala Sekolah. Now, teaching and learning has been done using game. It is very nice cause the students are kindly playing the game. Feeling so fine makes the students do it freely. Why? They are happy when playing the game.Their feeling can boost to learn better. They are like kids who study something. They don't feel forcing the teacher or their parents to learn something.  

Beside, Relax is one of important thing. In pandemic people have many pressure so that it can influence relationship each other in society. The teacher using game to decrease the conflict in their life among students. Game is used to decrease the student pressure in order to focus the material. The writer have made game from google form. There are 3 google form which connected each other. First, it contents of inviting the the final mission: The Secret Code. At last but not at least, teaching and learning need different way in fact cause in pandemic the students have different social,economic etc so the teacher suggested to delivery the lesson with creativity. The teacher must have another way to teach their students. For instance teaching using games, teaching using interesting media,teaching using collaborative method etc. 

Literacy is a skillset.

According to Elizabeth Sulzby"1986", Literacy is a skillset of reading, listening, writing and speaking. By doing so, parents can talk their children can talk.  I am sure when parents speak some words their children will hear and keep in their mind. Parents should speak English, it will be heard by the children then they hear and use as language everyday. See more proven at this video below or Klik here

Literacy's aim is to analyse information to make a right decision in live. One thing is very important people always read the information well, they will use as their decision. Reading is product of skill, after lots of readings, lots of listening, lots of writing people can speak with confident. Why? First, they have many information from other books, magazines,newspaper etc. More ever they know when they use the information, last they can compare one information to other information. 

As closing that literacy can start reading,listening as receptive skill then everyone can produce it as speaking and writing. For instance speaking skill is skill and it need to practice it every day.

Hello everyone. The writer is going to tell all about the language improvement course for Indonesia which held by Teflin,British Council and https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/ I learnt about how to speak English well and how to teach to my students.

Language courses are needed for Indonesia's teacher cause they have to know how to develop them as well as well in online teaching and offline one. Teaching strategy need a model from many resources and tutors. Here are some techniques of teaching for instance First, let our students remember last topic using error mistake, analyse sentences right and wrong etc. Second, the tutors gave us objective of learning, Third, They divide our class into groups. Hi, everyone.

Many tools are available on teaching and learning. Many students has given asynchronous  using Google Classroom. I have been teaching English during pandemic not only asynchronous but also synchronous like using live streaming and google meet.

At the beginning I have ever fail in teaching using live streaming but I tried again and again. Finally I am success in delivering my lesson. They were very funny cause I also repeat and review last topic before starting new material. For instance what topic did you learn? Do you still remember last topic? etc.

Closing

I teach my students using synchronous and asynchronous cause many assignments are available at GC but synchronous as media to review last material. By doing this students can present their most difficult material. I and students are enjoying this online teaching and learning.
