Good morning, everyone.

My special thanks goes to the adjucators.

Thank you for audience which has listened my speech.

I am student of SMPN 42 Semarang. I have been learnt for 3 years. Environtment of learning is very support students acheivement.

Not only student's academic acheivement but non academic acheivement such as Faitfull to God, good  attitude, cooperation,independent, critical thinking and creativity.

Faitfull is the first important as beleive to God and implement it in daily activities, donation, social care, etc.

Good attitude. It is very important as company does not need only employee's knowledge but good behaviours, attitude etc.

Cooperation. As social creature, we have to collaborate each other to gain better future.

Independent.  Besides cooperation, we need independent learning as students can explore knowledge, skills etc.

Critical thinking. Students can not only remembering, understanding but they must think higher thinking skill such as how to analyze certain material, summary it.etc.

Creative. The product will provided if students have critical thinking. 

Students in Indonesi can reach the skills if the have taken action in their daily activities for all elements in the school.

In summary, 6 skills above need efforts to act together. Start from simple to complex, from abstract to real etc.
